What license do the free files come with?

Creative Fabrica’s help center says all of its freebies and daily gifts come with the Single Sales License. It allows commercial use and it never expires, so a file you downloaded for free can go into new projects later on. The license still has limits (on print on demand and on embedding, for example), so read it before you sell.

Files downloaded during the All Access trial are a different case. The trial is a trial of the All Access subscription, so those files come under the Subscription License. After the trial or the subscription ends you can keep selling what you already made, but fonts and graphics from it can’t go into new products. Craft files are the exception: they can still go into new designs after the subscription ends. The Creative Fabrica license page compares the two in detail.

Do you need the trial for these?

No. You have to be logged in to download, and a free account is enough. The All Access trial is a separate thing: 30 days and 10 downloads, with a payment method saved at checkout. On day 30, or at the 10th download if that comes first, it turns into the paid yearly plan unless you cancel before then.

The trial date calculator shows the day you would be charged, and Creative Fabrica pricing lists the plans.
