How to cancel a Creative Fabrica subscription (and keep it canceled)

The steps, in full
Creative Fabrica’s help center gives one path for a subscription, on the website (read on October 2, 2026):
- Open My Account, then Subscriptions.
- Click manage my subscription, then end your subscription.
- Answer the short questions and click Next.
- Click End Subscription. A confirmation page loads.
If the status reads activating, the button is not the way: the help center says to email [email protected] instead.

What you will see after
The status changes to Cancellation Requested. Nothing more is charged, and on the date the subscription would have renewed it expires and becomes fully canceled. Until that date your access continues; the plans page puts it as access until the end of the pre-paid period. The catch is in the next section.
Three things that undo a cancellation
Cancellation Requested is a pending state, and Creative Fabrica’s help center and Subscription Agreement name three ways out of it. Each one reactivates the subscription and resumes automatic billing.

A banner in your account offers to undo the cancellation. One click and the subscription is active again.
Downloading again
Any download after the request reactivates the subscription; the help center does not separate new files from ones you already have, so treat any download as a download. For a canceled trial, the remaining downloads are off limits too.
Using the service or its tools
The agreement words it broadly: using the Service, downloading assets or using tools after requesting cancellation. For Studio AI, using the tools counts.
So the routine that works is a dull one: download everything you still need before you click End Subscription, then do not come back for files until the end date. The result panel above shows that date when you enter yours.
Canceled through the App Store or Google Play?
The Subscription Agreement names one place for cancellation: the cancellation function in My Account on the Creative Fabrica website. On the official pages we checked, the help center has no instructions for the Apple App Store or Google Play, and it names email support as the fallback for a subscription that reads activating.
If you signed up inside an app, check both places: the subscriptions list in your phone’s settings, and Subscriptions in My Account on the website. The status in My Account is the one Creative Fabrica’s documents describe, so that is the one to watch for Cancellation Requested. If the two disagree, ask support rather than assume.
What you keep after canceling

Refunds, failed payments and chargebacks
Refunds. The help center says digital products are not refunded unless faulty and subscription renewals are not refunded, because access is immediate. The Subscription Agreement adds that payments are non-refundable except as required by law, with no refunds or credits for partial periods or unused services.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Creative Fabrica may suspend access until a valid payment method is charged. An invoice that stays on hold or pending for more than 30 days may lead to the subscription being terminated, and the original pricing is lost with it.
Chargebacks. The agreement asks subscribers with a billing problem to contact support first ([email protected]). A chargeback filed without that step may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account.
If you only wanted a few files
A subscription is not the only way in. Items bought one at a time come with the Single Sales License, which never expires, so a font bought on its own stays usable for new projects after any subscription ends: browse Creative Fabrica fonts and buy the one or two you need.

Questions people ask
Can I cancel a Creative Fabrica subscription at any time?
Yes. The Subscription Agreement says a subscription can be canceled at any time from the account settings; automatic billing then stops, and access runs to the date the subscription would have renewed. In the meantime the status reads Cancellation Requested.
Do I get a refund when I cancel?
Not under Creative Fabrica’s stated policy: payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, there are no refunds for partial periods, and the help center says subscription renewals are not refunded. Canceling before the renewal date is what prevents the next charge. If a charge looks wrong, the agreement asks you to contact support first and says a chargeback filed without that step can lead to the account being suspended.
Does canceling stop my access immediately?
No. Access continues until the end of the pre-paid period: the subscription expires on the date it would have renewed. The one condition is that downloading or using the service in that window reactivates it, billing included.
Why did my subscription come back after I canceled?
Three things reactivate a subscription in Cancellation Requested status: the Undo Cancellation banner, a download, or any other use of the service or its tools. Billing resumes with it. Check Subscriptions in My Account; if the status is active again, go through End Subscription once more and then leave the account alone until the end date.
How do I cancel the Creative Fabrica free trial?
Through the same My Account path; the help center gives one set of steps for a subscription. Do it before day 30 and before the 10th download (All Access), because either one converts the trial into the paid year; for the Studio AI trial, a request that costs more than the coins left does the same. After canceling, do not use the remaining downloads or coins. The trial charge date calculator shows your day 30.
Can I cancel Studio AI the same way?
The Subscription Agreement covers both All Access and Studio AI and names one place for cancellation, My Account on the website; the help center describes the same My Account path for subscriptions. We have not seen a separate Studio AI instruction. The agreement counts using tools after a cancellation request as reactivation, so after canceling Studio AI, stay out of the tools. The bundled coins expire at the end of the billing year either way. What each of the two plans includes.
